Additional Policies for Sitara Sarees
1. Shipping Policy
- Standard Delivery: Typically takes 7-14 working days.
- Handwork Sarees: Delivery takes 20-25 working days
- International Delivery: Takes 14-20 working days.
- Storage Time Limit: Orders can be held for a maximum of 15 days.
- Collection Responsibility: Customers must collect their orders within 15 days.
- Consequences of Late Collection: Sitara Sarees is not responsible for wear and tear or misplacement of orders once ready & not collected within 15 days.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy: Orders not collected within 15 days will not be the responsibility of Sitara Sarees and after a month order will be cancelled & payment will not be refunded.
Please note that unexpected situations like weather conditions, law & order, or customs clearance may impact delivery timelines.

- All returned items are inspected by our quality control team to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
3. Exchange Options
If eligible, you have the following exchange choices:
- Equal Value Exchange: Swap your saree for another of the same value, and we’ll handle the shipping.
- Lower Value Exchange: Choose a cheaper saree, and we’ll refund the difference and ship the new item.
- Higher Value Exchange: Select a more expensive saree, pay the difference (upfront or on delivery), and we’ll send the new item.
Note: Sitara Sarees does not cover exchange shipping costs unless it’s due to our mistake or a manufacturing defect.
4. Alterations in Stitching
- Minor Variations: Stitched items may vary by 1-2 inches; an alteration gap is included inside the blouse for adjustments.
- Significant Errors: If there’s a major error on our part, alterations are free of charge.
